Fill out and return the consignment form providing all information. (Small groups may need to provide credit card information.) |

All required paperwork is provided to the group by Future Fundraising prior to shipment. |

a. Collection envelopes for individual sellers. |

b. Inventory control sheets for the administrator |

Order is placed by Future and shipment is made. Shipping instructions and dates are discussed prior to shipment being sent. See delivery page for requirements |

Approximately six weeks from delivery the club will be invoiced for the product shipped. If any product is being returned, it is shipped back at this time and the invoice is adjusted accordingly. Payment is sent and made payable to Future Fundraising. |
